Sir,  

I/ we have applied for the membership of the above named Industrial Estate on
I/ we desire to start       type of industry in the Sinnar Taluka Audyogik
Sahakari Vasahat Ltd., Sinnar and for the said industry I / we require

Sq meters. Hence you are requested to allot the required plot to me /us on lease. I/ we/ am are ready to fulfill the necessary requirements required by the said Co-operative Industrial Estate.

According to the provisions of the bye-laws No. D-1 (I) I/ we shall commence my/ our industry within six months from allotment, and if I/ we fail to commence the said business/ industry within six months after allotment, then The Sinnar Taluka Audyogik Sahakari Vasahat Ltd, Sinnar is fully intitled to forfeit the said allotted plot to me/ us and I/ we have no objection in that case.
