iv) If the firm is registered true copy of the partnership deed if thecompany is registered under the company's Act, true copy of the Memorandum of the Associative & articales of Association if it is a co-operative Society, then the approved true copy of the bye-law is are enclosed herewith Date & No. of registration in case of organisation or Company & resolution of Board of Directors of Company Society, enclosed herewith.

2) I / we read the bye-law & rules of the above named Sinnar Tal Audyogik Sahakari Vasahat Ltd. Sinnar & the said are agreed & admitted by me/ us. If I / we get the membership of the said above named Industrial Estate I / we shall abide & obey the provisions of the bye-law & rules & resolations of Managing Committee as well as General Body of the Sinnar Taluka Audyogik Sahakari Vasahat Ltd., Sinnar. So also I / we shall abide & obey the provisions of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 & Rules framed there under I / We give guarantee that no such type of behaviour will done by me/ us which will cause nuisance to the Sinnar Taluka Audyogik Sahakari Vasahat Ltd., Sinnar and its member whenever the said Sinnar Taluka Audyogik Sahakari Vasahat Ltd., Sinnar will call whatsoever information & details, those will be submitted by me/ us within a Stipulated time stated in the letters. The amount of dues of the Sinnar Taluka Audyogik Sahakari Vasahat Ltd., Sinnar. shall be paid by me/ us time to time along with interest I / we shall be jointly & severally responsible for payment of the amount of dues of the Sinnar Taluka Audyogik Sahakari Vasahat Ltd., Sinnar. I / we shall carry out on the said plot/ factory shed / building a specific industry which is approved & sanctioned to me / us in said Sinnar Taluka Audyogik Sahakari Vasahat Ltd. Sinnar, The said plot / factory s hed / building can not be carried out for any other Commercial transaction or let out for the purpose of securing rent from others, if I / we desire to discountinue / stop the said Industry / business, then I / we shall immediately surrender the said plot / factory shed / building without any hesitation to the Sinnar Taluka Audyogik Sahakari Vasahat Ltd., Sinnar. 3) I / we have deposited Rs. 1000/- towards / shares & Rs 1/- towards entrance fee with the Sinnar Taluka Audyogik Sahakari Vasahat Ltd., Sinnar.
