RESOLVED that Company should become the member & Shareholder of the Sinnar Taluka Audyogik Sahakari Vasahat Maryadit, Sinnar ( STICE) by purchasing Ten share of the said Society.

RESOLVED that Company should purchase Industrial Plot of land admeasuring sq. mtrs. from Sinnar Taluka Audyogik Sahakari Vasahat Maryadit, Sinnar ( STICE) on lease basis by paying land premium or such amount as per the rules and regulations and terms & Conditions of the said society.

RESOLVED further that Chairman / Managing Director / Director of the Company be & hereby authorised & empowered to sign all documents, papers, deed, instruments, applications etc. & to enter into a lease agreement with the STICE. regarding plot purchased by the company & he is authorise to put & affix common seal of the company wherever necessory.
