Your will avail following incentives provided you consider buying a plot in our Sinnar Taluka Industrial Co-operative Estate (STICE). Refer Maharashtra Govt. Resolution No. IDL-1021/CR-73/IND-8 Dt-31/03/01.

COVERAGE OF THE SCHEME :-

All types of Industries, Hotel, Poultry & Agro Industries, IT units, Cold Storage in the Private Sector/ State Public Sector / Joint Sector/ Co-operative Sector covered in above said scheme.

CLASSIFICATION OF THE AREA :-

"C Zone " plus Growth Centre i.e. " D Zone" facilities available in this area.
ELIGIBILITY :-

A. Application for State Incentives should be made after completion of following effective steps:-

Effective Possession of land.
Registration of Firm/ Company/ Co-operative Society.
Provisional SSI Registration / Letter of Intent/ IEM Aek.
 

B. State Incentives will be sanctioned only after completion of following given final effective steps:-

An industrial License / Filling of IEM form part B.
FERA/ MRTP clearances.
Tying up of means of finance (Sanction of Loan).
Other Central / State Govt. clearances.
MPCB / Environment clearance.
 

It may be noted that, an application for eligibility shall be submitted to the Implementing Agency at least 3 months prior to the expected date of commencement of production.
 
INCENTIVES AVAILABLE :-
Special Capital Incentives (Cash Subsidy) to SSI Unit.
Exemption from payment of Electricity Duty for 15 years from the date of eligibility.
 
SOME IMPORTANT POINTS :-

Fixed Assets means all capital expenditure which includes expenditure for Land & Site development, Building, Plant & Machinery, Electrification, Capitalised Preoperative Expenses, Technical know how charges & Engineering fees, ORC paid to MSEB.

Incentives for second hand Plant & Machinery will be available only for shifting of the existing plant & machinery from outside of Maharashtra.

Lady Entrepreneurs (with share holding more than 51%) and Backward Caste Entrepreneur are eligible to get priority for disbursement of incentives.

 
PROPOSED SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE :-

State Govt. of Maharashtra has decided to set up the SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE to promote and develop the Industries at Sinnar. Our Industrial area is just near from the proposed site of SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE.

Units in this area will get all concessions like exemption from Sales Tax,Income Tax, Import Duty, Labour Laws etc. after setting up the unit in this area. The proposal of this zone is already forwarded to Central Govt. for its approval and we expect its approval very shortly.
